Terms

The game

The Shattered Sun is free to play in the browser. By playing it you accept these terms. The game is still being made: its rules, cards, balance and rewards change. Rewards change only how things look, and may be taken back if a fault or cheating made them.

Your account

One account per person, for players aged 16 and older. Keep your password and your recovery code to yourself: what is done with your account is your responsibility.

Play fair

Do not cheat, let a program play for you, use a fault on purpose, share or trade accounts, or try to break into the game or its server. A name must not insult, impersonate or harass anyone, and emotes and shared replays must not be used to harass. An account that breaks these rules may be renamed, suspended or deleted, and lose what it won that way.

Reporting

To report a player, a name or a fault, use the Feedback button and choose "Report a player or a name".

The game's content

The cards, pictures, words, music and voices of the game belong to its developer. You may share screenshots, clips and replays of your games.

No guarantee

The game is provided as it is, with no promise that it is always available or free of faults. As far as the law allows, its developer is not liable for lost progress or any other loss from using it.
